About Tingley Tied

I'm Ashley Tingley, the founder of Tingley Tied Weddings — a fine-art wedding planning and day-of coordination studio based in Monmouth County, New Jersey. We offer three levels of service: full orchestration, partial design, and the final movement for day-of coordination, so couples can choose exactly the support they need, whether they want a partner from the first idea or a steady hand for the celebration itself.

With a BA in sociology and over a decade in corporate sales and client relations, I built my career on clear communication and trusted relationships. My last role was in client relations at a third-party procurement company, where I negotiated vendor contracts on behalf of my clients, held the line on price, and kept every budget honest. It was a life of constant communication and travel to clients all over the United States, which taught me to think on my feet and plan for the unexpected at every turn — because something always came up, and it was my job to have the answer ready before it did.

After planning my own wedding in May 2026 and falling completely in love with the work, I left corporate America to make this my full-time journey. I take a limited number of couples each season so every celebration receives the full weight of my attention, and I bring that same negotiation skill, steady communication, and calm-under-pressure mindset to every couple and vendor I work with — keeping your budget honest from the first vendor to the last toast.
